The Observer is the student newspaper of the College of Charleston and is operated by the students for the students. Circulation is 3,000 weekly during the academic year.

The rate card includes rates for all levels of advertising in the George Street Observer as well as an insertion order. The order can be printed, filled out and faxed. For 2008-09, the GSO has included a PDF form of the insertion order that can be completed and submitted online via e-mail. An instruction sheet can be found on the last page of the rate book.
