Cougar Volleyball tops The Citadel, Wofford; falls to Furman

The Cougar volleyball team continued Southern Conference action last week with a 2-1 record, taking its record to 7-9, 3-1 in conference play. The Cougars started the week with a 3-0 (25-20, 25-12, 25-14) win over cross-town rival The Citadel on Wednesday in front of 1,362, the third largest crowd in volleyball history. Full story

- Men’s and Women’s cross country competed in the Charlotte Invitational on Saturday, Oct. 3. The men finished fourth with Trevor Sprague leading the squad in a C of C record time of 25:42.2. The women finished seventh, paced by Erin Stoddard with a time of 18:35.
